First of all, salam alaik kepada sume ( ade ke yg bace blog saye neh..hoho) x kesahla...janji ku bahagia ;) dah lame benau den x nuleh kat sini hehe..but still asyik jd pembace setia utk blog tehranifaisal n alongsafa...both great blogs with different approach...x dilupekan blog kereta mayat yg telah diperkenalkan oleh kakak ku...bagus blog tu tp den slalu x abis bce, pnjg sgt hehe...xpe2 nnt den cube...all the best utk sume bloggers yg berjaye..bile la saye akan ikut jejak kalian..asyik bz manjang je hehe...yela kadang ade idea, x de mase; ade mase xde idea huhu...sepanjang hayat saye sebelum saye menaip entry..mcm2 dah berlaku...yela kan dah lame x update blog hehe...bnyk jugak event yang menarik (yekot) utk dikongsi n insyaAllah akan saya tulis bersama entry ni...starting from this wonderful and memorable event for me ;)

First Moot n First Boot ^ - ^

What is moot? What is the different between mooting and mock trial? Saye x ingatla mksudnye dengan ayat yg teratur, notanye plak sudah ku masukkan ke dlm kotak n maleh den nak cari hehe...so berdasarkan memori katakku (tingat kat ust. Musanif yg memperkenalkan istilah tersebut) n kefahaman ku, mooting ni adalah kes yg dibawak ke court of appeal maksudnye kalo seseorang kalah dlm satu kes, die nak bicare blk kene la bwk ke mhkmh rayuan manakala mock trial 2 pulak first instance case yang membawa maksud kes yang baru dibawa ke mhkmh untuk perbicaraan. Bezanye, mooting x de saksi n counsels hanya perlu bermain dengan law of the case, x leh argue pasal fakta kes tu. But as for me, saye lebih suke mock trial sebab cam senang sket hehe bkn ape, kite leh putar belit fakta time 2 la...both of this method teach all the law students how would it be in the real court.

Mooting is under the subject of basic legal method where we study all the skills that lawyers need. 20% drpd mrkh penuh adelah dr mooting..agak susahlaa tp best n i learn a looot in this subject. Kitorg ade mooting workshop n it quite helpful 2 us plus and advantage 2 me to see by my own eyes, Nisah Hj. haron, one of my fave author n abis bnyk jgk duit saye aritu beli novel die. Mencari Locus Standi, dah lame saye cari buku tu huhu...

For mooting, kami kene sediakan bundle of authorities or dlm bhs malaya nye ikatan otoriti. All the law about the case is in there. We have to make research to solve our case by ouselves. Cam grup saye, we r the counsel for the plaintiff. The citation of the case is Sidek Sigaraga v Sheila Seilan. Of course la contract sbb citation tu kan. tp saye x suke contract law huhu..susah lo...ni pun baru blaja sket je, lom kat main camp lagi huhu..aritu jumpe pendaftar mhkmah tu pun die kate contrct law ssh wawawa...but then with my frens, we manage to finish and complete everything. Time buat bundle mmg kami sengsara abis. Bayangkan, nak antar aritu kol 5, pg tu kol 10 baru stat everythin'. Bnyk dugaan betul tp kami berjaya hantar. Yang buat saye bertambah gembire, mase nak exam, nak mntk blk bundle kat mdm tp mdm kate die amik bundle kitorg sbb kitorgnye bgs n leh jd rujukan utk akan dtg woohuu...cam x caye...

n then jeng jeng jeng...the day had come...28 february 2007, i remember that day because that day was also my father's birthday but disebabkan saye ni nerves nak mooting, terlupe lak bday ayah huhu...we are the second grup who'll be present our case that day...mdm wat kat lecture hall A mmg cambest sbb suasanenye yg bolela cam court (sian grup len, diorg ade yg wat kat meeting room lawdept n seminar room) bkn pe, mood mcm dlm court ade kat lecture hall huhu...ntah mybe i'm the only one who thought that way...x kesahla tp mase moot tu pihak responden cam tersasar sket n itu cam menunjukkan kami mng kes tu wlaupun mdm kate kemenangan x penting..best yg satu lagi, mdm puji grup kitorg...cam x caye tp perasaan itu sgt best huhu..cam x sabau lak nak jd loyar huhu...

asyik ckp pasal moot je saye neh, mane bootnye hehe...nak dijadikan cerite, tjuk ni saye dpt pas mooting tu la, ngn my fren saadah, yela aritula first mooting n first pakai boot. Dah lame dah den ngidam nak ade boot n then impian tercapai bile kakakku bg boot die yg die beli time yard sale kat sane..x kesahla janji rock hehe...boot dah ade, pasni kene beli blazer lak..aritu pnjm ngn kwn je huhu xpe2 nnt kite beli yer..hehe

EXAM WEEK

Minggu peperiksaan cam besela...study n study n jawab exam n seterusnye...tatau nak ckp pe pasal exam sbb skrg dah cuti n dah dpt dah resultnye huhu..but as usual, exam aritu we the last one who have examination huhu..sem lepas pun camtu..xpela dah nasib nak wat cne huhu..

Cuti 3 Bulan

PERTUNANGAN DR FAIZUL HIZAL

Hari khamis, 3 hari sebelum tarikh ni berlangsung.. kami dapar SMS dari Dr Faizul memberitahu yang dia akan bertunang denga Liya.. Teman yang telah beliau kenali sejak setahun lalu.. Terkejut gak bila dapat SMS tu! Tapi baguslah, dah jodoh kan? Bila lagi nak makan nasik minyak bebudak Sojana kan? Hik hik.. Ish! Tapi ni baru tunang lar!So, bila bila hari yang dijanjikan datang, kami pun berkumpul di Bangi untuk bersama-sama keluarga Faizul utk ke rumah tunangnya di Bangi Villa. Huih.. 8 keta! kalah rombongan orang nak kawen! Bila sampai, tuan rumah dah sediakan khemah ala-ala nak kenduri kawen lak..Siap kaler tema pink lagiik.. hi hitakper, seronot sekali sekala cam ni.
Hmm. masa keluarga Faizul dok dalam rumah, kami prang-orang bujang (Pyan, Aza, Faizul) dok lua jer.. Kimi n Tira masuk dalam nengok-nengokkan untuk kami. assalamualaikum...kabare? waras? hehe...dah lame banget tak tulis kat sini...baru abis exam 12hb11 aritu...dah dapat result pun and sekrg ni dah masuk sem 2...tak puas dok kat umah aritu...yelah..seminggu je dpt dok umah walaupun cuti 2 minggu...lagi seminggu tu saye dapat percutian di uia gombak haha..jadi dak gombak jap...kene tunggu my luvly sis abiskan exam and program die kat sane...best jugakla dok sane...tapi keje saye kat sane just makan, tido, basuh baju, main game, tgk tv+cd and itu jela...kat sane jugakla berpengalaman dengan monyet yang masuk bilek my sis...waaa ntah ape2 monyet tu...ade ke gi curik megi pastu pegang kuat2 macam le saye nak amik balik megi tuh..nasib baik die amik megi, kalo die amik bende lain mampos eden...haha...pastu balik umah..dok umah pun bukan watpe..aktiviti bese...and tetibe minat plak tengok cite bawang2 tuh..hoho...okla..nnt sambung cite balik..nak gi klas arab ni...ilal liqa' ;p

Result Ept and APT

huhu...i just collected my EPT and Apt results slip...EPT stand for english plcement test while APT stands for arabic placement test n know what? i just got level 1 for my arabic n level 6 for my english..what a shame...huhu..well, maybe that's the right thing for me...i can learn arabic once again and who knows that maybe after this i'll be able to speak in arabic very well...really hope so...this is what happened because i main2 waktu belajar arab kat skola dulu...but after entering mciium, i just gor some spirit to learn arabic n i dunno why that happen...malu sgt waktu nak beli buku arab td, my fren is exempted i do not need to buy those arabic books but me? have to buy the kamus bergambar!!! just like when i was in primary school..haha..must leran everything once again....sebabnye kwn saye leh exampted sbb english n arabic kat sini ikut cos masing2...bg sciences, econs, aed and engin, their arabic level just 1 but for me the law student must be in maximum level 4..hah...sooo tired..of cosla for those who are taking irk n bar, their arabic level must be the highest....

eden pon tengah pening ni whether nak amik sivil sahaja or with syariah...i stil blur2 with that...i want to take both but if i take it in here, maybe i'll be studying here for 2 years! surely all my fren have gone to gombak. but if they say i can buat syariah at gombak it will be easier for me. that means, i just have to study sivil here n my semester here will be shorter, insyaAllah. But, i just dunno bout it. tomorrow i'll have my course briefing so i really hope that all my question will be answered there or if not, i must speak myself to the speaker....wawawawa..susahnye nak speaking kat sini..gagap loh....apepun, i must..hey..this is what i chose so i must do the best to be the very best here.....

It is not a simply forwaded message. It happens for REAL!
When I read this forwaded email, i thought it was just a made-up story
or junk mail. But I really thank God that I have read this email
before.

Today is 30.12.2005, Friday in Singapore. It happened to me just now
when I was on my way back from work. I will never forget this
dangerous
incident that I have experienced. It is a valuable lesson.

Please bear in mind, DON' T GET INTO THE TAXI ALONE!! If you were to
sit
in the taxi alone, please be 100% alert with the surrounding. No
matter
the taxi driver is chinese, malay or indian, PLEASE BE AWARE!

If you notice that there is a sound of spray of perfume or air
purifier
inside the taxi, PLEASE GET DOWN from the TAXI IMMEDIATELY!!

It just happened to me just now. It was about 12.45am. I got into a
taxi
driven by a malay man. I was in the taxi for a few minutes, I suddenly
heard of a sound of spray and there was a smell like air purifier. I
felt weird as to why the driver put two types of air purifiers in his
taxi. The smell immediately reminded me about this forwarded email
that
I read.

I started to be aware of my surroundings. But the puff of the purifier
kept appears every few minutes. I was very worried and scared.
Gradually, I sensed that my body started to feel weak and weaker. The
purifier kept puffing from the back seat, just right behind me. As I
really felt my whole body is weaken. I asked the driver to let me get
down at the side road. But he kept trying to talk to me and ask me why
not dropping me off at my destination. I think he was trying to drag
the
time. To my horror, I felt both of my hands and legs got numbed and no
energy, almost could not move. When I talked to the driver, I could
not
even speak properly, not to say to shout for help, 'cos I was really
too
weak. Immediately, I opened the door and ran to passer-by for help.

I really thank God for saving me. If not, I really can't imagine what
would have happened to me. I am traumised by this incident.

This is TRUE case. Please do keep in mind! IT IS BETTER TO BE SAFE
THAN
SORRY!

I feel the need to share with you guys no matter you are men or women
Cos It is NOT a LIE, not a made-up story. It really happened.

Do let your friends, family members and relatives know about this
case.

"Pls be aware when aboard to a taxi, especially the ladies."

I received a email some months ago about a lady getting into a cab and
felt uneasy and become faint when she smelt something like i ncense
being burnt. She was smart enough to order the taxi to stop
immediately
and after throwing some money at the taxi man quickly get out of the
taxi.

She later got to know that if she had not stopped the taxi and gotten
out, she would have fainted and raped by the taxi man (or a gang of
rapists)! After reading this, I thought maybe this was one of those
emails that you would read and just forget about it, but I was wrong!

Few weeks ago, a visitor to our Chinese church who stayed in Puchong
got
into a taxi driven by an Indian man. When she sat into the taxi, there
was a little burner and she could smell incense burning in the taxi.
After awhile, she felt weak and unable to speak or shout. The Indian
taxi man drove to a lonely road where there was hardly anyone and
raped
her. Before she was completely knocked out, she was told by the taxi
guy
that she was his number six victim. She was not only raped but also
robbed!

When she was conscious again, she quickly went to see a doctor. The
sad
thing is, the doctor knew she was raped but did not advise her what to
do. The doctor just let her make the decision to make or not to make a
police report. Since she does not know the rapis t name and also the
taxi number and in great fear after this trauma, she told the doctor
that she would not dare to report to the polis. The doctor said since
she dare not make the report, he would just have to destroy the
medical
report!

Because the rapist took her whole bag with her IC in it, he got her
address and even has the guts to come straight to her house and try to
be funny with her.
